UKRAINIAN FAMINE AND GENOCIDE (“HOLODOMOR”) MEMORIAL DAY

The Holodomor, or Hunger plague, was a famine engineered by the Soviet Union as part of a series of actions, including mass executions, designed to destroy the Ukrainian nation. Census data reveal a shortfall of 11,000, 000 in the Ukrainian population by 1937. Before and during 1937 large numbers of Ukrainians would be executed in the Great Terror which, although all the Soviet Union was affected, had a specifically Ukrainian dimension.

And I sure that now you more understand - why Stalin = Hitler and the hitlerite fascism = Soviet imperialism... But even the executioners in the Soviet and hitlerite concentration camps of death were more humane to their victims, as they gave them though a little poor meal (camp's balanda) every day... But from the Ukrainian peasants they took away all - even sour cabbage and a potato peel, i.e. all is literally, also they shot even children for one floc of grain stolen in a field... Also they has put a military obstacles that nobody could run away though to a little better places...
This horror cannot be placed in consciousness!!! The mankind still did not know about this terriblest atrocity, more precisely - did not want to know till now!... We should not forget about it never!

Голодомо́р 1932—1933 років — масовий штучний голод у 1932—1933 роках, що призвів до багатомільйоних людських втрат в сільській місцевості на території Української СРР (землі сучасної України за винятком семи західних областей, Криму і Південної Бессарабії, які тоді не входили до УСРР) та Кубані, переважну більшість населення якої становили українці. Викликаний свідомими і цілеспрямованими заходами вищого керівництва Радянського Союзу і Української СРР на чолі зі Сталіним, розрахованими на придушення українського національно-визвольного руху і фізичного знищення частини українських селян.

У дослідженнях Джеймса Мейса та Роберта Конквеста автори доводять, що Голодомор відповідає загальноприйнятому визначенню геноциду. 24 країни офіційно визнали Голодомор геноцидом українського народу. Згідно соціологічного опитування, проведеного у 2010 році, 60% громадян України вважають Голодомор геноцидом. У 2003 році Український парламент назвав, а у 2006 — офіційно визнав Голодомор геноцидом українського народу. 

В 2010 році судовим розглядом завершилася кримінальна справа за фактом здійснення злочину геноциду; безпосередньо винними суд визнав сім вищих керівників СРСР та УСРР, і констатував, що за даними науково-демографічної експертизи загальна кількість людських втрат безпосередньо від Голодомору складає 3 мільйони 941 тисяча осіб. Також за даними слідства було визначено, що втрати українців в частині ненароджених становлять 6 мільйонів 122 тисячі осіб.
